My main goal while marketing your property is to be not only professional and knowledgeable of the sales & marketing process, but also provide to you a manageable, comfortable, and stress-free experience. I know what you are going through.  I never try to assume, no matter your knowledge with buying and selling homes, I treat each client as a first time seller...explaining each and every step of the process.

My approach to marketing your property is plain and simple... it is a mutual relationship.  I take pride in creating a different and creative marketing plan with each client. Not every property is the same, yet so many agents will use the same approach with each and every property.  Once a client has agreed to have me market their property, we will designate a time for us to work on a course of action to take for your property. When your property is on the market, I certainly can understand you want to know how, what, where, when and why. This is why I greatly encourage our clients to be involved in the initial marketing stages.

Why Chrys?  As an agent, I have been working in the loft, condo and intown market for several years and I am very familiar with the intown neighborhoods, their history and the residents!  I am a resident of an intown neighborhood, so I know firsthand the advantages of living intown.  I own investment properties, so I know firsthand what to look for when purchasing your new investment.  I strive to treat each client as we would want to be treated.  Our relationship doesn't end at the closing table; it only begins a new chapter.
